Let me know your preferred specs, either based on the example of guitars presented on the page ( Wizard, Oktane, Draco, ST ) or describe the preferred shape, hardware, finish, electronics, etc so that I can prepare the quote and timescale.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website, Facebook, etc, through which the service is provided, without express wrote permission by myself.

SECTION 2 - DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND PRICING

All the prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated or agreed in an email conversation. Prices, descriptions, and shipping charges are regularly reviewed, and I endeavor to ensure all information provided is correct on the date of purchase. Should an error, or omission, be noted on my website, Druzkowski Guitars will notify you of this immediately. If a value is incorrectly displayed, Druzkowski Guitars will offer either the product/service at the correct price or a full refund. We are under no obligation to honor an incorrect price.

Import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your item or any shipping fee. Please check the requirements of your country prior to making a purchase.

“Custom order” refers to products that are available to order only. “Custom order” means items, including guitars, guitar neck, guitar bodies, cases, stock guitar modification. etc. They are made on receipt of purchase and are therefore not immediately available. Product images shown in the product listings for “Custom Order” guitars are for illustrative purposes only and show the “best likeness” to the item you will receive, excluding stock guitars which will be modified to the client’s requirements, in which case the illustration shows the exact instrument.

Currently, all “Custom order” products have a varied lead time. Lead time, meaning the time it takes to produce your order.  Lead times are agreed upon at the time of purchase.  You will receive an email confirming the anticipated lead time together with the offer quote for your project on receipt of your order.  Completion time may be subject to change in peak times and availability of wood and parts.  If a change to your completion date is expected, you will be notified as soon as possible via email with anticipated completion times.  

When purchasing “Custom order” guitars, neck, etc., the item you will receive will be made and/or amend /customized to the specifications of the product information, and with paintwork in the "best likeness" of the images and written description provided for reference.

Each guitar available is designed and individually made by Druzkowski Guitars. As each guitar is handmade and hand finish, no two guitars are the same. Each guitar is a work of art and is as individual and unique as the customer. Great care is taken to ensure each guitar is made to the highest standards and quality.

Photographs of your completed guitar will be provided for your approval prior to shipping.  

Updates regarding the progress of your order will be provided on completion of your order. Please avoid repeatedly contacting me for updates, this inevitably delays the build process and will not result in your order being completed any faster.

“Custom Orders” refer to any product which is made to the customer's specifications.  This includes any tweaks or amendments to my standard range of guitars together with any "individual" design.

By "Custom Order", I refer to any specific request/s, related to the guitar or modification. e.g., aging to preference, neck thickness, body profile, pickups, hardware, no decal. In short, if the product you are looking for is not "In Stock" it is a "Custom Order".

Custom Orders will be considered on an individual basis.  Completion time for Custom Orders varies depending on your specifications and may take between 6-10 months to complete.  I will advise regarding individual lead times on confirmation of your order.  Customer Orders are non-refundable (notwithstanding your Statutory Rights).  All inquiries regarding Custom Orders can be made to info@druzkowskiguitars.eu

All the guitars are fully set up based on the client’s requirement prior to shipping however, the strings may be loosened when packaged.

All my guitars undergo stringent quality control at every stage of the build process. I ensure the neck is straight, the frets are level, rolled, and polished, the action is low, and the intonation is on.

I advise making no alterations to the setup for 48 hours following receipt (primarily to allow the guitar to acclimatize following fluctuations in temperature during shipping).

As with all new guitars, Druzkowski Guitars will settle in the weeks/months following receipt and may require further set up/fret level work or setting up to accommodate your preferences.

Druzkowski Guitars is a family-run business and I endeavor to provide a personal service unique to each customer’s requirements. However, the business hours I operate extend from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Should you make an inquiry regarding your order outside of these hours, please be prepared to wait for a response. Any contact outside these hours is at the discretion of Druzkowski Guitars.

 

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT

Payment of all purchases is currently made through PayPal or Santander bank. Payments made via PayPal are securely handled and your card details are not visible to me at any time.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders/purchases of the stock items can be canceled in line with your statutory rights. You can return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging (provided this is not damaged), within 14 days to me for a full refund (minus any costs incurred for the initial dispatching and, where appropriate, any costs incurred by Druzkowski Guitars).

Before returning, please contact me for guidance, on 07858048961 (or via info@druzkowskiguitars.eu), and the appropriate action to initiate a return.

“Custom Orders” – The right to return goods does not apply to any order which has been specified or commissioned to the customer’s specifications, which includes modifications to any guitar or guitar part. This is inclusive of any item which is not typically stocked by Druzkowski Guitars and has been ordered/custom made at the request of the customer. Return in these instances will be subject to the discretion of Druzkowski Guitars (with any costs incurred, including administrative costs, designing process cost ( which is included in the instrument price as well as template preparation, CAD design, CNC programming, etc) to be deducted from any refund made available.

Cancellation of the contract, and subsequent return of goods where applicable, will ensure the account (from which payment was received) is credited with a full refund for the goods. Refunds are typically processed the same day on the day of receipt of returned goods. If the goods are not provided, or return delivery costs are not covered, this will be deducted from the direct cost of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded.

 

SECTION 5 - DAMAGED GOODS

All orders are pre-checked and well packaged prior to dispatch. In the event of any shipping damage, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If a claim is found valid, the collection of the goods will be arranged at no additional charge. A full replacement/refund will be offered for damaged goods. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence in order to verify any claims made.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer at the point of delivery. Druzkowski Guitars cannot be held responsible for damage caused by shipping or negligence if reported after 24 hours of the goods being delivered. Druzkowski Guitars will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage or use.

 

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

I reserve the right but am not obligated, to limit the sales of my products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that I offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of myself. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on the website, webshop, Facebook /Instagram pages is void where prohibited.
